There was a thread a while ago about spycraft. I've never played it though.

We hate every version of every roleplaying game ever... except for shadowrun's system, which isn't bad, and AD&D, which screwed up and got a few things right on accident. Edit: I forgot about oWOD, which got us laid, and therefore was okay even if it was broken as fuck.
Personally, I dug spycraft. Spycraft 2.0 does shit really differently from standard D20 from a Mister Cavern point of view, but if you run with it, it works well.
I *love* the chase system, it's the only chase system I've ever used that was fun and engaging and interesting. I like how in 2.0 they expanded it to include brainwashing, manhunts, and a few other things. I almost wouldn't mind seeing it completely replace the current hacking in Shadowrun.
Other than that, you have the normal pitfalls of D20. The chase system in particular, if you and your opponent are more than 10 skill ranks away from each other, the chase is going to be incredibly lop-sided. Even a 5 rank spread is going to create some major difficulties. This is a problem with the D20 system more than the chase system though.

I haven't run it but both my wife and I own copies of Spycraft 2.0.
After GMing D&D 3.x and Star Wars Saga I'm pretty sick of most OGL D20 games and their bullshit issues. So maybe I'm damning it with faint praise but Spycraft seems like one of the least broken of the current crop of D20-based products on the market and has some, what I think are, unique rules twists.
I may completely change my mind and hate it after playing but right now it's okay in my book.
